Join us in transforming Arlington!
Empowering our community through volunteerism, one project at a time.
About Arlington Community Action Group
Our Mission: At Arlington Community Action Group (ACAG), our mission is simple: to empower residents to take action and create positive change in our community. We believe that through volunteerism and local collaboration, we can enhance the quality of life for everyone in Arlington—one neighborhood, one project at a time.
Why We Exist: ACAG was founded by a group of passionate individuals who saw both the potential and the challenges in our community. We noticed that while Arlington is full of vibrant, caring residents, there were areas that needed attention—whether it’s cleaning up public spaces, organizing community events, or supporting local families in need. Instead of waiting for change to come from elsewhere, we decided to take matters into our own hands and inspire others to do the same.
What Drives Us: Our work is driven by the belief that small actions, when multiplied by a community, can make a big difference. From beautifying our local parks to providing food assistance for families, we are here to ensure that Arlington thrives. Our group is made up of everyday residents who share a common goal: to leave our neighborhoods better than we found them.
