Vendor - Day of Instructions
Hello Vendors,
We are excited to have you join us for the Riverside Chili Cook-Off this Saturday.
Please enter Magnolia Avenue through the Family Dollar parking lot entrance shown on the attached map. Vendors may begin arriving as early as 7:00 AM, and we strongly recommend arriving no later than 9:00 AM.
Please keep in mind that vendor placement is first come, first served based on setup needs. Arriving late may result in limited or no access to the event area, depending on street closure restrictions and event traffic.
When you arrive, Arissa will be the main point of contact checking vendors in as they enter Magnolia Avenue. Another staff member will also be onsite to help guide vendors who have special setup requirements.
