The Board of Directors of the Arlington Business Partnership (ABP) consists of community and business leaders dedicated to furthering the mission of ABP. Board members serve a three-year term effective at the start of a new fiscal year (November-October) and may serve a total of three (3) consecutive terms.
The Arlington Business Partnership’s mission is to represent and promote Arlington businesses to stimulate the local economy and initiate improvement projects, thus creating a sense of pride for all who live, work and do business in Arlington.
Overall, the responsibilities of the Board of Directors are to:
- Establish Goals & Objectives
- Develop Policy & Procedures
- Evaluate Board Performance
- Approve a Budget
- Hire and provide guidance to the Executive Director
Our meetings are open to the public and we welcome all to attend. If you are a business license holder within the geographic boundaries of Magnolia Ave. between Jackson St. and Tyler St.; and Van Buren Blvd. between Arlington Ave. and Lincoln Ave., we highly encourage you to attend and get involved!
