The amazing Southern California weather, exciting sounds, delicious food, and wide variety of local vendors/businesses will be contributing factors to another successful year. The Arlington Business Partnership’s Annual Chili Cook-Off & Car/Cycle Show draws individuals and families from all around Southern California and beyond to come and enjoy everything Arlington has to offer – from local specialty shops to homemade chili and classic cars/cycles.
Applications for Artisan, Commercial/Retail, and Food booth space in the Chili Cook-Off & Car/Cycle Show event is subject to acceptance by the Arlington Business Partnership (ABP). All vendors must be set up and ready for a Fire and Health Department inspection no later than 8:30 a.m. and must leave the booth space uncluttered at the conclusion of the event in order to receive refundable cleaning deposit of $100. The mandatory insurance fee of $60 must be paid, individual insurances will not be accepted. All Food Vendors and vendors with generators must bring appropriate certified Class K Fire Extinguisher(s) per City of Riverside Fire Code CFC 904.11.6.2 and 906. In addition to the registration form for each car/cycle entered into the show, participants will also need to submit proof of valid insurance and registration. New to the show is the addition of bikes!
Environmental Health forms are required by the County of Riverside Department of Environmental Health and must be submitted with your Chili/Salsa Registration. Any Chili Cook without the completed forms will not be allowed into the competition. The Temporary Food Facility Operators Guide will help explain regulations for temporary food booths and is for your reference only. You do not need to send with your registration.
