The Arlington Business Partnership is governed by a Board of Directors elected by business owners within the Arlington BID. The Board of Directors, together with input from the Arlington community, plans projects and programs for the enhancement and betterment of Arlington. The board year runs from November 1st through October 31st.

The Bylaws of the Arlington Business Partnership authorize the Board of Directors to have an Executive Committee who is empowered to act in the board’s place between board meetings, subject to the board’s instructions. These meetings are considered closed; however, anyone is allowed to attend the meetings subject to notification in advance.
